Her father was a famous 70's Dutch pop singer, while her mother was a French fashion model (she's presently her agent). Born into a family of celebrities and talent (her older brother is a musician as well), Winter knew at a young age that she wanted to be famous.Winter moved to the United States to be close to her father after her parents divorced when she was just 2 years old. She had a love for the American language as well as American men, as she had many boyfriends in the U.S. It was in the States that Winter studied dance, singing, music, and comedy. She left for Paris at the age of 17 where she lived with her mother and brother. She was discovered by a modeling agent while on Paris' Champs Elysees and after three years of modeling, she knew she wanted to be a singer and an actress.
